Explains what Succeed 2020 is and what Hess Corporation’s involvement is. In 2012, Hess Corp. made a $25 million grant to North Dakota in a new effort termed Succeed 2020. This is an initiative to improve the state’s education and workforce development systems and increase students’ achievement in middle grades and high school, access to and success in postsecondary education, and preparation for 21st century careers.
