HOUR ONE PLAY HARD: Jason Spiess is joined by Shawn Forbes, OilFieldSourcing.com and Team Forbes as the two recap their Valentine’s Day dates and swap fishing stories. Sterling is off tending to his family responsibilities and isn’t able to travel this trip, which is a common issue for many workers in the oil and gas industry

The final segment of the Play Hard half of the morning show, Shawn talks about the Women’s Energy Network. Shawn is on the board of directors for Colorado Chapter and mentions a few women who are making things happen in the oil and gas industry.
The two talk about the responsibility of women in today’s oil and gas workplace, oilfield and public domain. Traditionally woman made the major purchase decisions and lifestyle flow of the household and today’s woman in energy have a new task of connection.
