HOUR ONE PLAY HARD: Jason Spiess and Sterling talk about how Rick and Morty are shaping tomorrow’s leaders today and Gary Vaynerchuk has a large number of young disciples mimicking his profane style. Jason points out that Gary V is an authentic entrepreneur who swears a alot, but also saw the evolution of communication and behaviors, whereas many of his disciples just swear.

Spiess continues saying this swearing is very infectious and shares a story involving a Gary V VIP Dinner with about 50 people and an executive director dropping an F-Bomb while caught up in the room’s energy. The second the F-Bomb left her mouth, she paused and begged the room not to tell anyone what she had just done.
