Brad Lincoln, co-founder, Funkwerks Brewery, Fort Collins, CO, talks about some of the hurdles to enter the microbrew and craft beer industry. He also explains sale, distribution and product development for the growing microbrew industry.
Arthur Weidner, Doodlebug Beverages, talks about the family history behind his great grandfather’s “sweet crude” liqueur. Weidner now distributes ND Sweet Crude across two states with more states on the horizon.
He explains how it took over three years to get the product to market, some of the learning curves and how it is now taking off to the point where he is retiring from his “day-to-day” engineering career to focus on his hobby business that has grown.
