Patrick Bertagnolli, MBI Energy Services, talks about the skills initiative program in the Bakken and how they are engaging with high school students to expose them to tech and skills careers. He explains how the student council leaders will be assisting the state of North Dakota attracting workers to the Bakken. The term T4 was used, Tools, Trade, Torque and Tech.
Bertagnolli also shares his thoughts on his recent attendance at TEDx Fargo. Communication within the state and industry was stressed multiple time during this thread of the interview.
