Interview: Justin Kringstad, director, North Dakota Pipeline Authority

Kringstad talks about the resizing of pipelines in North Dakota.  All pipelines put in after 2007 need to be resized.  Kringstad this primarily has to do with the amount of production and resources the Bakken is providing.
