In this exclusive interview with Erik Hatch, he talks about the Leadership Summit happening in Fargo, ND, and what attendees can expect.
Host Jason Spiess asks Hatch about whether the summit will involve Hatch’s business model where he reinvented the real estate industry. In real estate, Hatch went from a mid-level, part-time realtor to being having the number one real estate team in North Dakota and top 40 in the nation.
Hatch explains how “we’re starving for leadership right now, from our government, to our business, to our communities. We need people with the ability to inspire, and of course, anyone can be a leader – but you can be a leader who inspires in the wrong direction.”
The conversation then transitions into whether leaders need to reinvent “their business plan” when it comes to approaching leadership. Hatch opines on that question posed by Spiess.
