Interview: Anna Denton, Bakken Staffing, Williston, ND

Anna Denton, Bakken Staffing, said there is an immediate need to fill CDL driver positions in the Bakken.  Denton said there is a shortage of CDL drivers industry wide.

Denton said that drug testing is the norm and so are background checks. Signing bonuses are still offered from time to time, but are not as common as they once were.

As a restaurant recommendation, Denton recommends The Williston.
