BISMARCK, N.D. – Today Congressman Kevin Cramer filed comments with the Surface Transportation Board (STB) regarding current rail service issues. Cramer stressed the need for future cooperation, offering potential solutions to this ongoing crisis.
“It is my hope shippers and producers of commodities competing for precious rail capacity work together on solving the immediate crisis while the railroads invest in more infrastructure. We all look to the Surface and Transportation Board to intervene as necessary to ensure proper priorities are exercised.”
