American Infrastructure Group, Inc. (“AIGI”) (“InfraSix”) announced the acquisition of Patriot Drone Operators LLC.
PDO, is a company formed by Richard Westover, active duty US Air Force cyber security analyst. Its purpose is to gain special disabled veterans owned small business (“SDVOSB”) status as well as build a drone operator team and network focused exclusively on infrastructure.
“I formed PDO LLC based on the vision I formulated in my mind of rebuilding America’s Infrastructure stronger. The collection effort of an automated drone will cut the time of an engineer by about 75-80%. Integrating this drone network with InfraSix artificial intelligence truly improves the efficiency and accuracy for the industry. As a drone operator, I am able to show recent video feeds, pictures, and analysis of a given subject. And by growing the drone operating force we will be able to cover more ground,” Richard Westover, founder of Patriot said.
Patriot is seeking Commercial drone operators who are interested in A) contracting with PDO to become a preferred service provider or B) joining PDO team which will gain access to growth capital, support services including legal, accounting, financing, administrative and marketing services and Company equity upside.
