EPA to Rescind Methane Regulations for Oil and Gas
The Environmental Protection Agency is preparing to adopt new rules that would rescind regulations for methane-gas emissions, including ending requirements that oil-and-gas producers have systems and procedures to detect methane leaks in their systems, senior administration officials said.

Brandon Davis, CEO, Swan Energy recently voiced his displeasure with the current bailouts on the Mining Money segment on The Crude Life. He explains how the unemployment issue is nothing short of can kicking and overall government intervention.

“Everything we are dealing with right now is government caused. It is cause by action from our government, not by anything the industry did or didn’t do,” Davis said. “That is the reality we are sitting in today.
