Interview: Wayne Stenehjem
North Dakota has entered into a number of lawsuits against the EPA and the rise in criminal element has led to new rules and regulations for the state. This has created an environment where the attorney general is routinely defending the state’s interests and those of its businesses and consumers.
For our Energy Policy Special, candidates were provided three questions in advanced, limited to three minutes per question and were asked to refrain from using their candidate’s name in their response. All interviews were conducted in person.
In the 2014 North Dakota Election will feature two candidates for Attorney General on this year’s ballot. Wayne Stenehjem and Kiara Krause-Parr. Krause-Parr was unavailable for participation in the Energy Policy Special.
