Cebull has over 20 years experience in the oil & gas industry, including being a Board Member and former President of Montana Petroleum Association (MPA), Regional representative to Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA) and received his B.S. Mechanical Engineering, Stanford University.

Cebull talks about flaring in the Bakken as well as his views on how long the Bakken play will last.
